Proplyd Productions shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from force-majeure events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, pandemics, governmental action, strikes, internet or hosting outages, or DDoS attacks exceeding 300 Gb/s.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of Paris, France, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
